Meet Our Dedicated Team

Cathy has been with Advanced Surgery, PC since 1996. Over the years, she has worked different areas of the practice including the front desk, insurance authorizations and surgical scheduling. Cathy is a Maryland native and has lived in Frederick County most of her life. Her dedication to our patients is evident in every phone call and interaction; she is a true “patient advocate.” Outside of the office Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever possible.

Fiorella is the Practice Manager at Advanced Surgery, PC where she has worked since 2021. Fiorella graduated with an MBA from Strayer University and oversees all aspects of clinical operations including scheduling, billing and regulatory compliance. She has a phenomenal understanding of all aspects of healthcare and is extremely helpful to patients as they navigate their office visits all the way through surgery. When not working Fio enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
